Terms of Use

Effective September 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mobius AI, a company based in British Columbia, Canada, that makes ScrollFund. By downloading or using ScrollFund, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What ScrollFund does

ScrollFund lets you block apps you choose and set rules for unlocking them. When you break a rule, you set aside a “tax” in your own savings. It uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks to monitor and restrict app use on your device, and it needs your permission to do so. You can remove that permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Not a financial service

ScrollFund is a personal productivity tool, not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. It never connects to your bank, holds your money or moves it. Any savings shown in the app are amounts you record yourself. You are responsible for actually setting that money aside, and for any decisions you make about your money.

Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current period.
• If an offer includes a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using ScrollFund

You may use ScrollFund for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break any law.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Most of your data stays on your device, so if you delete the app or lose your phone, that data may be lost. We can’t recover it for you.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve ScrollFund without owing you anything for them.

Ownership

ScrollFund, including its design, code, name and logo, belongs to Mobius AI. These terms give you a license to use the app. They do not transfer ownership of the app to you.

No warranty

ScrollFund is provided “as is” and “as available”. Blocking depends on Apple’s Screen Time system and your device settings. It may not always work, and it can be turned off. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for your purposes.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Mobius AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost data, lost savings, missed limits, or apps being blocked or unblocked. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ScrollFund in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Apple

These terms are between you and Mobius AI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for ScrollFund or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product claims, third-party intellectual property claims, or legal or regulatory compliance claims relating to ScrollFund; those are ours to address. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Anything not covered here is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Ending these terms

You can stop using ScrollFund at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on ownership, no warranty, limit of liability and governing law continue after these terms end.

Changes

We may update these terms as ScrollFund changes. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we’ll also let you know in the app. If you keep using ScrollFund after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of British Columbia. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
